Embarking on his professional career after earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the Indiana University School of Dentistry in 1996, Dr. Scott Overholser has been employed by various dental clinics initially in Indiana and later on, in Illinois, where Dr Overholser moved in 2007. Scott has excelled in his profession ever since, working both as a dentist and as a manager.
From 1997 to 2004, Dr. Scott Overholser managed and operated his own independent private practice in Indiana. Being on top of the day-to-day operations of his practice became the training ground for his managerial skills which would, in turn, be the basis of his thriving management consulting career.

In 2007, Dr Overholser moved to Chicago, Illinois where he is currently employed by the Dental Salon as an Associate Dentist.
